Neat stands for non-exercise thermogensis. It’s finding little moments throughout the day where you can burn more calories effortlessly BUT it has a huge impact. You can burn so much energy with some simple changes.
What are some NEAT ideas?
- Take the stairs
- Fidget
- Standing desk
- Do more chores!
